What data, for what purpose and for how long<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Processing orders and delivering digital content<\/strong> \u2013 first name, surname, e-mail, billing address, order and payment details. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Period: for the duration of the contract and the warranty period.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accounting<\/strong> \u2013 data on invoices and accounting documents. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, Slovak Accounting Act). Period: 10 years.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer account<\/strong> (if you create one) \u2013 e-mail, password (encrypted), order history. Legal basis: performance of a contract. Period: until the account is deleted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication<\/strong> \u2013 e-mail correspondence (questions, complaints, withdrawal from the contract). Legal basis: performance of a contract or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Period: until resolved, at most 3 years.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cookies and embedded videos<\/strong> \u2013 technical cookies necessary for the cart and login to work; YouTube videos are loaded only with your consent. Recipients<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not provide personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your rights<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
