We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection.
2. What data, for what purpose and for how long
- Processing orders and delivering digital content – first name, surname, e-mail, billing address, order and payment details. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Period: for the duration of the contract and the warranty period.
- Accounting – data on invoices and accounting documents. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, Slovak Accounting Act). Period: 10 years.
- Customer account (if you create one) – e-mail, password (encrypted), order history. Legal basis: performance of a contract. Period: until the account is deleted.
- Communication – e-mail correspondence (questions, complaints, withdrawal from the contract). Legal basis: performance of a contract or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Period: until resolved, at most 3 years.
- Cookies and embedded videos – technical cookies necessary for the cart and login to work; YouTube videos are loaded only with your consent. You can find details in the Cookie policy.
3. Recipients
We do not provide personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. The only recipients are processors who help us run the online shop:
- WebSupport s. r. o. – web hosting and e-mail,
- PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. – payment processing if you choose to pay via PayPal,
- the seller’s bank – for payments by bank transfer,
- an accountant and public authorities where required by law.
When a YouTube video (Google Ireland Ltd.) is played, data may also be transferred to the USA; the video is loaded only with your consent.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send your request to info@bajkypredeti.sk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava (dataprotection.gov.sk).
5. Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
